Zur Verstärkung unseres HANSETRANS-Teams in Garching bei München suchen wir für den Bereich Möbel-Transport zum nächstmöglichen Termin Dich als Disponenten / Auftragsmanager / Kundenbetreuer (m/w/d) für Transport- und Logistikdienstleistungen Deine Aufgaben Du bist erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden, Unternehmer und deren Fahrer und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Kommunikationsfluss.Du planst und koordinierst unsere Transport- und Logistikprozesse und trägst somit aktiv zu unseren regionalen Dienstleistungen bei.Du nimmst eingehende Aufträge entgegen, prüfst die Auftragsdaten auf Vollständigkeit und inhaltliche Plausibilität und erfasst diese in unserer eigenen Vermittlungssoftware.Du steuerst und betreust die Kundenaufträge und gewährleistest eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit.Du koordinierst und überwachst die Termine für die Auslieferung und Abholung von Waren, um eine pünktliche Abwicklung sicherzustellen.Du bist verantwortlich für die Auftragsabrechnung und bearbeitest Reklamationen stets serviceorientiert.Du überwachst die Warenbestände, Warenausgabe und Annahme von Kleinteil Sendungen und unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbearbeitung von Inventuren.
